How much does shipping cost?
Within Australia, Express shipping is free for all orders over $150.00
For orders under $150.00, Express shipping is a flat rate of $14.95
International orders are sent by Standard International post with tracking.
New Zealand $24.95 | Canada $30.95 | Rest of the World $34.95
Do you ship to the United States?
Unfortunately due to the recent increases in import tariffs, we no longer ship to the U.S. We hope this can be resumed very soon.
Will I have to pay customs fees and duties?
It is recommended you check with your local customs office for details on custom duties and taxes. These charges if applicable are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by CICICO Boutique.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Times also may vary depending on the time of year. CICICO Boutique not responsible for any delays in receiving your order.
Within Australia, orders may take up to 2 business days to arrive (regional areas may take up to 6 business days).
International orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on the country you reside in.
Can my order be tracked?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number for all orders. This will be sent to you in an email.

Australian Dollars (AUD) is displayed online.

We cards featuring a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB or eftpos logo. Afterpay is also accepted - see below for further information on Afterpay.
Can I return my purchase for a refund?
We offer an exchange, store credit or full refund (full price items only) within 7 days of purchase or receipt of delivery if ordered online. Please refer to the conditions on the Returns Policy.
Refunds, store credits or exchanges are not available on gift card sales or sale items.
Due to health regulations, hair accessories and earrings are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
No, once your order is placed, our team will be packing it and sending it out as quickly as possible so please ensure you are ready to place your order.
What do I do if I have received an incorrect or faulty item?
If you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty, please contact us immediately. Please ensure you let us know your name, order number and full details.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a buy now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free.
How does Afterpay work?
To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.
How do I set up an Afterpay account?
1: Add your items to your shopping cart.
2: Select Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout.
3: You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to login or create your account.
4: Your payment schedule will be displayed.
5: Track your payments, check available spend limits, and make early payments in the Afterpay app.
To set up an Afterpay account you’ll need to:
- Live in Australia or New Zealand
- Be over 18 years of age
- Have an Australian/New Zealand debit or credit card
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
