Shipping policy

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday are packed and shipped on the same day.  Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and any Australian Public Holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.  All orders are sent by Australia Post.

Local Pick-up
Orders placed before 2pm will be ready for collection on the same day - subject to our opening hours.

Once your order is ready, you will notified via SMS or email, whichever you have requested.  Your order can be collected from our boutique located at Shop 19, 293 Honour Avenue, Graceville QLD 4075. 

Domestic Orders
Free Express shipping for all orders over $150.00
$14.95 Flat Rate Express shipping for all orders up to $150.00
Orders may take up to 2 business days to arrive after dispatch or up to 6 business days for regional areas.

International Orders
All orders are sent by Standard International with tracking. 
New Zealand | 3-6 business days for delivery | $24.95
Canada | 4-10 business days for delivery | $30.95
Rest of the World | 4-10 business days for delivery | $34.95

U.S. Customers
Due to recent increases in import tariffs, we are no longer shipping to the United States.  We really hope we can resume shipping the U.S. very soon.

International Fees
Custom fees and taxes applicable to international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  These charges are usually determined on the value of your order.  Please check with your country's customs office if you need clarification on these charges. CICICO Boutique will not refund any abandoned orders due to unpaid taxes and custom fees.  For further information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.

Delivery Times
All delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.  Timing may vary depending on the time of year.  CICICO Boutique are not responsible for any delays in receiving your order.

Additional Information

CICICO Boutique are not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen during transit.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have entered the correct delivery address.  Any address entered incorrectly may cause your order to be returned to CICICO Boutique.

CICICO Boutique will not refund orders or postage paid for an incorrect address.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
