RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from CICICO Boutique, we offer a store credit, exchange or full refund on full price items only within 7 days of purchase. 

All sale items and gift card sales are FINAL SALE.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards or sale items.
Due to health regulations, earrings and hair accessories are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

Conditions for Return
Australian Orders | Your item must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
International Orders | Your item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned Items

  • must not be worn, altered and/or washed
  • must be in its original packaging and originals tags must be attached
  • must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or any other substance or must not smell of perfume, body odour or washing detergent

How to Make A Return
STEP 1 | Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met.

STEP 2
| Contact us at hello@cicico.com.au with your request to return.  Please ensure the following:

  • your Order Number is in the subject line of your email
  • the reason for your return
  • if you would like a refund, store credit or exchange

STEP 3 | We will send you a Shipping Label to return your item. The return shipping fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your final refund/store credit value for returns within Australia. 

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover international return postage, customs charges, or duties. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

STEP 4 | Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process. Store credits will be issued to you via email as an e-voucher.  e-Vouchers can be used online or in store and are valid for 12 months.

Returning In Store
We offer free returns to our store located in Graceville, subject to the conditions of return listed above have been met.

Faulty Items
The amazing team at CICICO Boutique check all items carefully before they are wrapped and mailed to our customers. 

If your item is considered faulty within a reasonable timeframe, which cannot be fixed or replaced, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or a store credit to the value of the item.

Any refunds for faulty items will be refunded in the same format they were paid.
Please note: general wear and tear is not considered faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@cicico.com.au with your order number, contact number and details of the fault.  Please also include photos of the fault.  We will respond to your email within 48 hours.
